Starting May 2025, the Shared Link capability on the Truist, AFCO and Grandbridge BOX platforms will be changing. In compliance with Truist Cybersecurity Policy, teammates will no longer be able to create public shared links for files or folders that contain Class 2, Class 3, or Class 4 data. All previously created public shared links for files or folders that contain Class 2, Class 3, or Class 4 data will be disabled and removed. Internal shared links will not be impacted.
